HB Norm Capsule contains Ferrous fumarate (Iron) and Folic Acid (vitamin B9) as its key ingredients. Ferrous fumarate, on the other hand, offers higher absorption and improves hemoglobin levels. HB Norm Capsule can be taken orally with water, after meals. Use under medical supervision.
