Hadensa Ointment is a combination of four medicines. Lanolin is a skin moisturizer. It keeps the skin moist and makes the stool passing process easy. Lidocaine is an anesthetic agent that numbs the rectum for the painless release of feces. Menthol is also has a numbing effect along with that it provides a cooling sensation to relieve pain. Thymol is an antimicrobial. It kills infection-causing microorganisms to prevent infections. This is how Hadensa Ointment treats the symptoms of piles.
