However, it should not be taken if you are going to lie down for a long time after the dose. Common side effects of this medicine include headache, nausea, rash, urinary retention, difficulty in urination, and flushing. In addition, treatment with Gutron 2.5mg Tablet should be avoided in individuals with enlarged prostate gland, urinary retention (inability to empty bladder properly), pheochromocytoma (tumor of the adrenal medulla), acute or severe kidney disease, hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid), poor vision as a result of diabetes, and narrow-angle glaucoma (elevated intraocular pressure).
