Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Gromark Syrup may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Gromark Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Choline and Cyproheptadine. Choline is a bile acid binding agent. It removes bile acids from the body. The liver then produces more bile acids using cholesterol as a result the levels of cholesterol in the body is lowered. Cyproheptadine works by reducing the effect of a chemical messenger (serotonin) in the hypothalamus a part of the brain which regulates appetite.

Keep sipping water and try sucking sugar-free sweets or chewing sugar-free gum to get relief from dryness in the mouth. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
