Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Glyject-M 500 Tablet ER is to be taken with food.

Side Effects

Urinary tract infection Dehydration Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar level) when used with other antidiabetic medicines, alcohol, or if you delay or miss a meal.

Glyject-M 500 Tablet ER is a combination of two antidiabetic medicines: Dapagliflozin and Metformin. Dapagliflozin works by removing excess sugar (glucose) from your body through urine. Metformin works by lowering sugar production in the liver, delaying glucose absorption from intestines, and increasing the body's sensitivity to insulin.

You should continue to exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet. Take your other diabetes medicines (if prescribed) along with Glyject-M 500 Tablet ER. Take it with food to lower your chance of having an upset stomach. Drink plenty of fluids and practice good genital hygiene to prevent urinary tract infection. Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated to prevent dehydration.
