Glychek-M Tablet belongs to the category of anti-diabetic drugs. It is a combination of two medicines used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults. This medication helps control blood sugar levels in people with diabetes. It is important to monitor blood sugar levels regularly while taking this medicine. Glychek-M Tablet can cause hypoglycemia, especially when used with other antidiabetic medicines, alcohol, or if a meal is delayed or missed. Inform your doctor about your diabetes treatment if you are due to have surgery under general anesthesia. Immediate medical attention is required if you experience deep or rapid breathing, persistent nausea, vomiting, or stomach pain, as these may be signs of lactic acidosis, a rare but serious condition. Regular liver function checks may be necessary, and any symptoms such as abdominal pain, loss of appetite, or jaundice should be reported to your doctor.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Glychek-M Tablet is to be taken with food.

Glychek-M Tablet is a combination of two antidiabetic medicines: Gliclazide and Metformin.

Your doctor may check your liver function regularly. Inform your doctor if you develop symptoms such as abdominal pain, loss of appetite, or yellowing of the eyes or skin (jaundice).
