Introduction

Glintra Gel is only meant for external use and should be used as advised by your doctor. Glintra Gel is a combination of three medicines: Allantoin, Clindamycin, and Niacinamide. Allantoin is a skin protectant that works as a moisturizer and relieves minor skin irritations. Clindamycin is an antibiotic that works by penetrating into the skin and killing acne-causing bacteria. Niacinamide is a form of vitamin B that exerts anti-inflammatory effects when applied to the skin and reduces swelling, redness, and tenderness associated with acne.

You may have to use it for a long time before your acne starts to improve. Be patient and keep using it every day. Wash your skin with a mild cleanser and pat it dry before applying Glintra Gel. Apply it as a thin layer onto clean, dry, unbroken skin affected by acne. Avoid contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth. Rinse it off with water if you accidentally get the cream in these areas. Dry skin is a common side effect. Use skin moisturizers and avoid alcohol-based products to avoid dryness. Inform your doctor if symptoms do not get improves within 2-4 weeks of the treatment.
