The compounds found in ginkgo may have a protective role in different stages of the decline of intellectual function via several mechanisms of action: vasoregulating activity of arteries, capillaries, and veins (increased blood flow), platelet activating factor (PAF) antagonism, homeostasis of inflammation and oxidative stress, and prevention of cell membrane damage caused by free radicals and neurotransmission modulation.
Before taking Ginkoba Tablet, inform your doctor if you are taking any other medications. Ginkoba Tablet may increase the chance of bleeding during or after surgery. Therefore, stop using it at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery. Ginkoba Tablet may affect diabetes management. Closely monitor your blood sugar levels if you are diabetic while taking this medicine. Ginkoba Tablet may cause dizziness.
