Gimef P 100mg Tablet is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that helps to lower body temperature (fever) and reduce pain and inflammation (redness and swelling) both in infants and children. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger that is known to cause fever, pain, and inflammation. This medicine is available in the form of a tablet.

Maintain a log of your child's temperature. If you do not see any improvement, contact your child's doctor for advice.
