Common side effects include headache, dizziness, vomiting, nausea, and stomach pain, which are usually temporary. Diarrhea may also occur but should stop once the course is complete. Consult your doctor if side effects persist or if you find blood in your stools. Avoid this medicine if you are allergic to any of its ingredients, and take special care if you have kidney problems.
