Each spice contributes its medicinal value to the tea, making it a delicious and refreshing beverage. To secure full flavour, use mineral or spring water boiled to 100 degrees and then cooled to about 80 degrees Celsius. Add 1 bag into a tea cup and pour in freshly boiled water. You may start sipping the tea after a minute while letting the bag remain in. Add sugar/lemon/honey if desired and sip in the magical flavour of fine masala tea from India.
