Genericart Olmesartan Medoxomil+Amlodipine+Hydrochlorothiazide 20mg/5mg/12.5mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). It helps to lower high blood pressure, thus reducing the chances of future heart attacks and strokes. The combination includes Olmesartan Medoxomil, an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB), Amlodipine, a calcium channel blocker (CCB), and Hydrochlorothiazide, a diuretic. These components work together to widen and relax blood vessels, remove extra water and certain electrolytes from the body, and improve blood flow. However, it may cause dizziness, dehydration, and other side effects. It is unsafe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and alcohol consumption should be avoided while taking this medication.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Genericart Olmesartan Medoxomil+Amlodipine+Hydrochlorothiazide 20mg/5mg/12.5mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
