A comprehensive discussion with a healthcare professional is essential to develop an individualized treatment plan that addresses your specific needs.

Mental stress can exacerbate existing vertigo symptoms, although it doesn't cause vertigo directly on its own.
Vertigo can result from sudden drops in blood pressure or dehydration. Rapid changes in body position (like standing up quickly) can also make people feel lightheaded. Certain medications and inner ear problems (such as Meniere's disease or acoustic neuroma) may also cause vertigo. It's important to note that sometimes vertigo could be a sign of other medical conditions like multiple sclerosis or head trauma.
