The medicine works by blocking certain chemical messengers and pathways in the brain that send signals about pain and fever. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage and consult a doctor if the symptoms persist or worsen. Overdosing or combining it with other paracetamol-containing medicines can lead to serious side effects. Special caution is advised for children with liver disease.

Give Gatmol 125mg Oral Suspension to your child with food or milk to prevent an upset stomach. Do not exceed four doses in 24 hours, and wait at least 6 hours between doses.
