Introduction

Gassanol syrup is an antiulcer agent that can help to condition stomach and intestinal ulcers and also prevents the recurrence of ulcers. It is also used for relieving mild stomach pain, indigestion, heartburn and diarrhoea. The medicine contains key ingredients such as Bismuth Citrate U.S.P, Belladonna Dry Extract I.P, and Ammonia Solution Dilute. It works by neutralizing stomach acids, slowing down fluid flow, reducing inflammation, and killing organisms that cause diarrhea.

Take two (2) teaspoons of 10 ml. Three (3) times daily before meals or as directed by the Physician.
