How it works
Gasoflat Tablet is a combination of two drugs named activated charcoal and simethicone. The extra spaces in the charcoal trap gas molecules reducing the gas that causes bloating. Simethicone works by reducing the surface tension of gas bubbles thereby facilitating the expulsion of gas through flatus or belching (burping). It also restricts the accumulation and formation of gas in the digestive tract.

Gasoflat Tablet can make it harder for your body to absorb other medicines especially certain antibiotics. Therefore avoid taking any other medicine 2 hours before or after you take Gasoflat Tablet. Do not give this medicine to children as safety has not been established.
