Gabspen-NT 100 Tablet is a combination medicine used primarily for the treatment of neuropathic pain. It works by stopping the movement of pain signals to the brain, thereby decreasing pain. The medicine combines Gabapentin, which modulates calcium channel activity of nerve cells, and Nortriptyline, a tricyclic antidepressant that increases levels of serotonin and noradrenaline to stop pain signals. While effective, it may have side effects and should be used under medical supervision, especially during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Gabspen-NT 100 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
