Gablex NT 400mg/10mg Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat neuropathic pain, which is pain caused by damage to nerves. It works by decreasing the pain signals sent to the brain. The medicine combines Gabapentin, which modulates calcium channel activity in nerve cells, and Nortriptyline, a tricyclic antidepressant that increases levels of serotonin and noradrenaline to stop pain signals. While effective, it may have side effects and should be used under medical supervision, especially during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Gablex NT 400mg/10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
