Gabapentin modulates calcium channel activity in nerve cells to decrease pain, while Nortriptyline increases levels of serotonin and noradrenaline to stop pain signals in the brain. This medicine may cause side effects such as drowsiness, and it is important to consult your doctor before use, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Gabaheal NT 400mg/10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
