Methylcobalamin, a form of vitamin B, helps produce myelin to protect and rejuvenate nerve fibers. Alpha Lipoic Acid protects brain and nerve tissue. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain.

You have been prescribed Gabadot AM 300mg/500mcg/100mg Tablet for treating and preventing nerve pain. It may cause dizziness or sleepiness. Do not drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. To lower the chance of feeling dizzy or passing out, rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down. Avoid consuming alcohol when taking Gabadot AM 300mg/500mcg/100mg Tablet as it may cause excessive sleepiness.
