Fylex 100 Capsule can be taken with food in the evening. Take it at the same time every day to get the most benefit. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. Take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you. Do not miss even a single dose if in any case you missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember or better to skip the missed dose and continue with regular dosing. It does not work immediately or prevent the already started breathing trouble, hence always carry your medical inhaler with you for an emergency.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Fylex 100 Capsule is to be taken with food.

Always keep a fast-acting (rescue) inhaler with you. Your doctor may take regular blood test to monitor potassium level and the level of this medicine in your body. Do not discontinue use without consulting your doctor even if you feel better.
Taking birth control pills may alter the body's clearance of Fylex 100 Capsule, potentially leading to increased drug levels and side effects. Therefore, the dose of Fylex 100 Capsule should be adjusted as prescribed by a healthcare professional when taking this combination.
Fylex 100 Capsule must be taken precisely as prescribed by your doctor. For optimal digestion and to minimize any discomfort, consider taking it with food.
Combining Fylex 100 Capsule with furosemide requires cautious consideration due to a potential decrease in potassium levels. Therefore, regular monitoring of potassium levels is essential when using both medications concurrently.
Avoidance of Fylex 100 Capsule is necessary for individuals who have allergies to ambroxol, Fylex 100 Capsule, or theophylline. Furthermore, patients with pre-existing conditions such as low blood pressure, irregular heart rhythms, a history of heart attacks, liver disease, or kidney disorders should refrain from taking Fylex 100 Capsule.
Fylex 100 Capsule is not identical to theophylline. It comprises of theophylline-7 acetate and ambroxol, which work synergistically to enhance mucus fluidisation, facilitate airway clearance, and provide easier breathing. This efficacy translates into a more pronounced therapeutic effect compared to using only theophylline.
