Fycompa 4mg Tablet belongs to a class of medicines known as antiepileptics. It is used to treat epilepsy (seizures) in people who have repeated seizures (fits).

Introduction

Fycompa 4mg Tablet is taken by mouth with or without food. However, it is advised to take it at the same time each day, preferably before going to bed. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor as it has a high potential of habit-forming. If you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember it. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Do not stop taking it suddenly without talking to your doctor as it may increase seizure frequency.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Fycompa 4mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Fycompa 4mg Tablet is an antiepileptic medication. It prevents seizures in patients with epilepsy by blocking a receptor in the brain known as the glutamate receptor thereby suppressing the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in the brain.

Take your medication regularly as directed by your doctor as missing doses can trigger seizures. Do not change the brand of your medicine and make sure that you have sufficient amount of medicine present with you. Take a healthy diet along with regular exercise. Practice yoga every day. Get enough sleep at nighttime. Limit the use of screen time such as mobile/ laptop. Take your medication on time.
