FX Kast 10mg/120mg Tablet is a combination medicine used to relieve allergy symptoms like runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and congestion. It contains Montelukast, a leukotriene antagonist that reduces inflammation in the airways and nose, and Fexofenadine, an antiallergic that blocks histamine responsible for allergy symptoms. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. FX Kast 10mg/120mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
