Furazole M Tablet is a prescription medicine that is to be taken as per the prescription or as suggested by the doctor. It should be taken with food but it must be taken at a fixed time to ensure better efficacy. Do not consume more than the recommended dose as this may have harmful effects on your body. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. The treatment must be completed even if you feel better. Alcohol Warning

Consuming alcohol while taking Furazole M Tablet may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heart beat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure (Disulfiram reaction).

Breastfeeding Warning

Furazole M Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.

Furazole M Tablet is a combination of two antibiotics: Furazolidone and Metronidazole which treats stomach and intestine infections. Furazolidone works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria in the human body. Metronidazole kills bacteria and other infectious microorganisms by damaging the DNA. Together, they treat your infection effectively.

Furazole M Tablet should be taken with food at the same time every day. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is advisable to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water to overcome medicine side effects. It may cause dizziness.
