Fuma Plus Syrup treats allergic and short-term common cold symptoms like runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, skin rash, and itching in children. It also helps treat nausea, and vomiting caused after surgery or due to motion sickness (travel sickness).

Fuma Plus Syrup is an antiallergic medication used to treat allergic and short-term common cold symptoms in children. It works by blocking the action of histamine, a chemical released by the body in response to an allergen, and also helps to prevent nausea and vomiting.
Fuma Plus Syrup is for oral use only. Shake the bottle well before use. Use the measuring cup provided to measure the correct dose. Mix the medicine with a small amount of water or other liquid before giving it to your child.

Stop taking it at least three days before taking an allergy test as it can affect the test results. Fuma Plus Syrup may make your child feel sleepy. Ensure your child takes extra care when taking part in physical activities. Avoid using Fuma Plus Syrup in children less than 2 years of age as it can cause fatal respiratory distress. Do not give Fuma Plus Syrup if your child has liver disease. Tell the complete medical history of your child to the doctor. Stop Fuma Plus Syrup and immediately report to the doctor if your child develops an itchy rash, facial swelling, or breathing difficulties.
Fuma Plus Syrup should not be given to children under the age of 2 years, as it may cause fatal respiratory depression and stop their breathing.
Always stick to the prescribed dose. Excessive intake can lead to serious side effects such as bradycardia, decreased blood pressure, confusion, delirium, disorientation, dizziness, drowsiness, and hallucinations. If you suspect an overdose, seek immediate medical attention from your child's doctor.
Fuma Plus Syrup usually starts working within 30 to 60 minutes of intake and shows its peak effect within 3 to 4 hours. If symptoms persist, consult your child's doctor immediately.
Fuma Plus Syrup may interact with other medications or substances. Inform your child's doctor about any other medications they are taking before starting Fuma Plus Syrup, and consult their doctor before giving any additional medicine to your child.
Fuma Plus Syrup may cause mild drowsiness. Be cautious when administering this medication to children with sleep disorders, as it can mask underlying symptoms like insomnia. Consult your child's doctor before giving them this medicine.
Keep Fuma Plus Syrup out of reach and sight of children to avoid accidental intake. Store the medication at room temperature, in a dry place, away from direct heat and light.
Seek immediate medical attention if your child experiences side effects such as irregular heartbeat, vision problems, muscle spasms, irregular bodily movements, sudden weakness, or urinary retention.
Avoid giving Fuma Plus Syrup to your child if they are scheduled to perform tasks that require mental alertness, as it may cause CNS depression and slow down their normal nerve functioning.
