Introduction

Frusidip Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Furosemide and Spironolactone. It works by reducing the excess fluid levels in the body while maintaining the potassium balance. It is used to treat congestive heart failure, nephrotic syndrome, ascites associated with liver cirrhosis, and mild and moderate degrees of essential hypertension.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Frusidip Tablet is to be taken with food. Avoid Frusidip Tablet with dietary sodium.

Frusidip Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Furosemide and Spironolactone. Furosemide is a diuretic which removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body through urine. Over time it also reduces blood pressure and enables heart to pump efficiently. Spironolactone is also a diuretic which conserves potassium thereby balancing its levels in the body.
