The pads are disposable, making them a convenient and hygienic solution for individuals who need light incontinence protection.

Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before handling the pad.Remove the protective backing from the adhesive side of the pad.Position the pad in your underwear, making sure the adhesive side is facing down and the wider end is at the back.Make sure the pad fits snugly and comfortably in your underwear, and adjust the position as needed.Once the pad is in place, you can go about your day as usual. Change the pad as needed (typically every 4-6 hours) or when it becomes saturated
