Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Empty the granules in a glass of water/milk, stir it and consume immediately. Freego Granules is to be taken with food.

Freego Granules is a combination of lactitol monohydrate and ispaghula. Lactitol monohydrate works by increasing peristalsis (contractions) in the colon leading to an increase in the number of bowel movements. Ispaghula Husk works by absorbing water and increasing stool volume making it softer and easier to pass out.

Take Freego Granules exactly as your doctor tells you to or as directed on the package label. Pour a scoop of granules (15g) into a glass of water (about 150 ml), stir well, and then drink the liquid as soon as possible.
Freego Granules are considered harmful to patients with known allergy to any of its components or excipients. Its use should be avoided in patients with chronic constipation or intestinal obstruction.
