Always keep a fast-acting (rescue) inhaler with you. Notify your doctor if you have ever been diagnosed with kidney, liver or heart disease or if you have a smoking history. Your dose may need to be adjusted. Do not discontinue use without consulting your doctor, even if you feel better. Freefil 400mg Tablet SR may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Freefil 400mg Tablet SR with caffeine and chocolate as well as food containing caffeine and chocolate such as tea leaves and cocoa beans. Your doctor may take regular blood tests to monitor potassium level and the level of this medicine in your body. Notify your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before starting the treatment.
