How it works
Foroto Ear Drop is a combination of two medicines: Lidocaine and Clotrimazole. Lidocaine is a local anesthetic which works by blocking pain signals from the nerves to brain, thereby decreasing pain sensation in the ear. Clotrimazole is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi in the ear by preventing them from forming their own protective covering.
Quick Tips
Put drops in the ear without touching the dropper to the ear. Stay on the side for 2 minutes or put a cotton plug in the ear. Avoid contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth. Rinse it off with water if you accidentally get the drop in these areas. Do not try to clean inside your ear with cotton buds. If you stick buds or other objects into your ear, they can further damage your ear. Do not use the medicine for a longer time without doctor consultation. Make sure not to use the open bottle more than 4 weeks.
