Introduction

Fongitar Liquid is a medicated scalp cleanser containing Zinc Pyrithione and Polytar, a coal tar derivative. It is used to treat scalp disorders such as psoriasis, dandruff, seborrhoea, eczema, and pruritus. The product removes pathogenic surface organisms and provides temporary relief of skin symptoms.

Shake the bottle, wet the hair, massage Fongitar into hair, scalp, and surrounding skin. Leave for at least 2-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use 2-3 times weekly for 3 weeks or until condition clears. For prevention of scaling and itchy scalp conditions, use once weekly.
