Folithik Tablet is a hormone replacement therapy (HRT) that contains estrogen, a female sex hormone. It is used to treat symptoms associated with menopause such as hot flushes, vaginal dryness, and itching. It also helps in preventing osteoporosis in postmenopausal women. The most common side effects include headaches, breast pain, irregular vaginal bleeding, abdominal cramps, nausea, vomiting, and hair loss. It is important to consult your doctor before starting this medication, especially if you have a history of unexplained vaginal bleeding or blood clots. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also seek medical advice before use.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole with water. It can be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time each day.

Folithik Tablet contains estrogen, which works by replacing the estrogen that is normally produced by the body. This helps in preventing symptoms such as hot flushes, vaginal burning, dryness, and itching caused due to lack of estrogen in menopausal women.

You have been prescribed Folithik Tablet as a part of hormone replacement therapy to relieve symptoms of menopause. It may also be used for preventing osteoporosis in postmenopausal women who are at high risk of fractures. Take it at the same time every day to help you remember to take it. Inform your doctor if you experience any unusual vaginal bleeding or spotting, abnormal vaginal discharge, or vaginal discomfort while taking Folithik Tablet. It may increase the risk of breast cancer. Have regular breast examinations. Stop taking this medicine and inform your doctor immediately if you notice unexplained swelling and pain in your limbs, shortness of breath, chest pain, or changes in vision. These could be symptoms of a blood clot in a vein.
