FM 24 Tablet is a combination medicine used to relieve allergy symptoms including runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and congestion. It contains Montelukast, a leukotriene antagonist that reduces inflammation in the airways and nose, and Fexofenadine, an antiallergic that blocks histamine responsible for allergy symptoms. While generally safe, it may cause dizziness and sleepiness, and should be used with caution. Consult your doctor for personalized advice, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. FM 24 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

You have been prescribed FM 24 Tablet to help relieve symptoms of allergy such as runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and cough. Be cautious while driving or doing anything that requires concentration as FM 24 Tablet can cause dizziness and sleepiness. Do not drink alcohol while taking FM 24 Tablet as it may cause increased sleepiness. Stop taking FM 24 Tablet at least three days before taking an allergy test as it can affect the test results.
