Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever and pain.

You have been prescribed this combination medicine for relieving pain and inflammation. Take it with food to avoid getting an upset stomach. Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking Fluzest P 100mg/325mg Tablet. Do not take it with any other pain medicine without asking your doctor first.
