Flurelax Tablet contains chlorpheniramine, paracetamol/acetaminophen, and phenylephrine. This combination relieves cold symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, fever, and headache. Chlorpheniramine works as an antiallergic to relieve allergy symptoms such as runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Paracetamol blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that narrows small blood vessels to provide relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.
