Flurac Eye Drop is a combination medicine used to treat dry eyes, relieving burning and discomfort caused by dry eyes.
Eye Drop
Flurac Eye Drop is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Wash your hands before and after application. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid and wipe off the extra liquid. Do not use more than you need, as it will not clear your condition faster and may only increase the risk of side effects. Using the medicine may cause few common side effects such as burning sensation, irritation, and stinging. These are temporary and usually resolve on their own. Inform your doctor if they persist for a longer duration. Do not wear contact lenses while using it.

Flurac Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines: flurbiprofen and hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, which relieve dry and irritated eyes. Flurbiprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that causes pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a lubricating formulation similar to natural tears. It provides temporary relief of burning and discomfort due to dryness of the eye.
Use it twice a day (in the morning and the evening). If your symptoms are particularly severe, your doctor may suggest you use them up to four times a day. Wait for at least 5-10 minutes before delivering the next medication in the same eye to avoid dilution of this medicine. Do not touch the dropper tip or let it touch your eye or any other surface. Apply pressure on the corner of the eye (close to the nose) for about 1 minute immediately after putting the medication. Make sure to use it within 4 weeks of opening the bottle.
