Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever and pain.

Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking Flupilib P 100mg/325mg Tablet. Do not take it with any other pain medicine without asking your doctor first.
