Flatuna Tablet is an antifoaming and antiflatulent agent that helps to decrease gas in the GI tract by decreasing the surface tension of gas bubbles, allowing them to coalesce and be expelled. It is used to relieve pressure and gas from the digestive system, and may also be used prior to an endoscopic or radiologic examination to eliminate gas from the stomach and enhance visualization.
