This medication is typically used in patients who have not undergone previous cancer treatment. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply, thereby slowing or stopping the spread of cancer cells. While effective, it may cause side effects such as diarrhea, and patients are advised to stay hydrated and consult their doctor if symptoms persist or worsen. Regular blood tests may be required to monitor liver function during treatment.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Fitnib 250mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Inform your doctor if you develop ulceration in your mouth, changes in your vision, or if you experience a worsening cough, shortness of breath, or breathing difficulties while taking this medicine. Your doctor may want you to have regular blood tests to monitor your liver function while you are having treatment with this medicine.
