Fiberlact Granules is a combination medicine used in the treatment of constipation. It works by softening the stools that help in the easy passage of stools. It is a combination of lactitol monohydrate and ispaghula. Lactitol monohydrate works by increasing peristalsis (contractions) in the colon leading to an increase in the number of bowel movements. Ispaghula Husk works by absorbing water and increasing stool volume making it softer and easier to pass out.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Empty the granules in a glass of water/milk, stir it and consume immediately. Fiberlact Granules is to be taken with food.

Take Fiberlact Granules exactly as directed by your doctor or follow the instructions on the package. Pour a scoop of granules (15g) into a glass of water (about 150 ml), stir thoroughly, and then consume the liquid immediately.
