Introduction

Fexot 180mg Tablet may be taken with or without food in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. Do not stop taking it without consulting your doctor. The most common side effects are headache, drowsiness, dizziness, and nausea. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Please consult your doctor if any of these side effects do not resolve or persist for a longer duration.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Fexot 180mg Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Fexot 180mg Tablet belongs to a class of medicines called antihistamines. It blocks the effects of natural chemical substance (histamine) produced in the body during an allergic state and subsides (lowers) your immune system’s response to these conditions.

Try taking the medicines at the same time each day to help you remember. Sit or lie down and be careful while performing tasks that require mental focus if you feel sleepy or dizzy after each dose of Fexot 180mg Tablet. Avoid taking Fexot 180mg Tablet with fatty meals and fruit juice as both can reduce the absorption of the medicine. Fexot 180mg Tablet should be avoided in children who are less than 12 years of age as there is a risk of respiratory distress. Practice self-care tips: Abstain yourself from coming in contact with allergens, maintain neat and clean ambiance around, wear a face mask and avoid dusty places, consider using air conditioners instead of opening windows during the pollen season.
