Tablet
Fexomin-M Tablet is a combination medication designed to alleviate allergy symptoms including runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and congestion. It contains Montelukast, a leukotriene antagonist, and Fexofenadine, an antiallergic. Montelukast works by blocking leukotriene, a chemical messenger that causes inflammation in the airways and nose. Fexofenadine blocks histamine, another chemical messenger responsible for allergy symptoms. While generally safe, it may cause dizziness and sleepiness, and alcohol consumption should be avoided. Consult your doctor for personalized advice, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Fexomin-M Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
