Fexal-M Chewable Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of allergy symptoms such as runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and congestion or stuffiness. It works by blocking the action of chemical messengers responsible for these symptoms.

Take Fexal-M Chewable Tablet as directed by your doctor. Be cautious while driving or doing anything that requires concentration as it can cause dizziness and sleepiness.

Alcohol Warning

Do not drink alcohol while taking Fexal-M Chewable Tablet as it may cause increased sleepiness.

Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist that blocks the action of a chemical messenger called leukotriene, reducing inflammation in the airways and nose and improving symptoms. Fexofenadine is an antiallergic that blocks the action of another chemical messenger (histamine) responsible for runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing.

Be cautious while driving or doing anything that requires concentration as it can cause dizziness and sleepiness. Do not drink alcohol while taking Fexal-M Chewable Tablet as it may cause increased sleepiness. Stop taking Fexal-M Chewable Tablet at least three days before taking an allergy test as it can affect the test results.
