Oral Suspension
Fevric-P Oral Suspension is a widely prescribed medicine that helps to ease pain and bring down high body temperature (fever). In children, it treats conditions like headache, toothache, body ache, fever, and common cold.
Give Fevric-P Oral Suspension to your child with food or milk to prevent an upset stomach. Your child should not take more than four doses of this medicine in 24 hours, so wait up to 6 hours between doses. Never give any other medicine formulation containing paracetamol along with this medicine as that may lead to serious side effects. Inform the doctor if your child has liver disease as the dose may need to be adjusted. If Fevric-P Oral Suspension does not seem to be helping your child, contact your doctor for advice. Do not give extra doses.
No common side effects listed.
Nimesulide Oxyphenbutazone Metamizole
Fevric-P Oral Suspension possesses analgesic (pain-reliever) and antipyretic (lowers body temperature) properties. It provides relief by blocking certain chemical messengers and pathways in the brain that send signals about pain and fever.

Always follow the doctor's instructions for dosage, which depends on the strength of the medication and your child's age. The commonly recommended dose is 10-15 mg/kg per dose every 4 to 6 hours.
Fevric-P Oral Suspension typically starts working within 30 to 60 minutes and shows its peak effect within 3 to 4 hours, with your child starting to feel better after a few doses.
You can administer this medication if your child has a temperature of 38.3°C (101°F) or higher, but always consult the doctor first.
If the fever persists despite the initial doses, it may be an indication of an infection (virus or bacteria), and consulting a doctor for specific treatment is advised.
The maximum dose in 24 hours should not exceed four doses with at least 4-6 hour gaps between each dose. More than 250 mg/kg can lead to toxicity and may be potentially fatal, causing serious damage to the liver and kidneys.
Unless instructed otherwise by your doctor, a normal balanced diet is recommended, as lack of nutrition can put your child at risk of developing medicinal toxicity.
Store the medication in a room temperature area, away from children and moisture.
This medication requires caution if the child has malnutrition, G6PD deficiency, liver disease, or any medicinal allergy. Share your child's complete medical history with the doctor to ensure safe use.
Fevric-P Oral Suspension generally does not interfere with vaccine ingredients or cause adverse reactions in children who have recently been vaccinated. However, it's best to wait for your child to recover from the current illness and complete their course of medication before proceeding with vaccination.
