Quick Tips
Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake, and sugarless candy may help. Caffeinated drinks like tea, coffee, and cola may make your symptoms worse. Consider switching to decaffeinated alternatives. Your doctor may suggest pelvic floor exercises to strengthen the muscles around the underside of your bladder to improve your symptoms. Avoid drinking too much water before sleeping to reduce the desire to urinate at night, which may lead to disturbed sleep.
