Before you start taking Fertibex 50 Tablet, your doctor will do a blood test to determine the appropriate dose. Regular blood tests will be conducted to monitor its effectiveness, and the dose may be adjusted accordingly. It is best taken on an empty stomach before your first meal of the day. Consistent use is necessary to achieve maximum benefit, and it may take several weeks for symptoms to improve. Long-term use may be required. Common side effects include palpitations, vomiting, anxiety, diarrhea, weight loss, tremors, increased appetite, and restlessness, which usually subside once the correct dose is established. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience severe symptoms such as high temperature, irregular heart rate, low blood pressure, jaundice, confusion, or seizures. Fertibex 50 Tablet should not be used for weight loss or obesity treatment. Inform your doctor if you become pregnant, as the dose may need adjustment. Consult your doctor about any other medications you are taking, as they may interact with this medicine.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. Fertibex 50 Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach.

Fertibex 50 Tablet is a synthetic version of a hormone produced by the thyroid gland. It works by replacing the thyroid hormones that your thyroid gland cannot produce in sufficient quantity, relieving symptoms of hypothyroidism such as tiredness, weight gain, and depression.

Fertibex 50 Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach, ideally first thing in the morning. Avoid food, milk, or tea for 1 hour before and 2 hours after taking this medicine. It may take 6 to 8 weeks to see the full effect. For most people, Fertibex 50 Tablet is a lifelong medication. Do not discontinue it without consulting your doctor. Inform your doctor if you experience diarrhea, nervousness, irritability, sleep disturbances, shaking hands, or chest pain. Your dose may need adjustment. Leave a gap of at least 4 hours before taking any antacids, calcium or iron supplements, and multivitamins, as these may interfere with the medicine's effect. Get your hormone levels checked regularly and inform your doctor if you notice significant changes in your body weight. The dose may need adjustment.
