Introduction

Fercee Injection is generally given by a doctor or a nurse. You will be watched carefully to make sure you do not have an allergic reaction. The dose and duration will depend on the cause and severity of your anemia. It is advisable to eat iron-rich foods such as meat, eggs, raisins, broccoli, and lentils along with taking Fercee Injection. The most common side effects include vomiting, nausea, dark-colored stools, constipation, and diarrhea. Most of these usually go away within a short time. But if you are bothered by them or if the side-effects continue, talk to your doctor.

Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. Kindly do not self-administer.

Alcohol Warning

It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Fercee Injection.

Breastfeeding Warning

Fercee Injection is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.

Pregnancy Warning

Fercee Injection may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Fercee Injection is an anti-anemic medication. It replenishes the iron stores in your body. Iron is vital for the formation of new red blood cells and hemoglobin, a substance that gives these cells the ability to transport oxygen.

Your doctor has prescribed Fercee Injection to replenish your iron stores and improve symptoms of anemia. It may take a few months to see any benefits of Fercee Injection. Keep taking it as prescribed. Your stool colour may become black. This is normal and only indicates that iron is being absorbed well by your body. Avoid taking Fercee Injection with milk, coffee, antacids, or calcium supplements as they can reduce the amount of medicine absorbed.
