You should only take four doses of Fepanil Drops Banana in 24 hours. There must be a gap of at least 4-6 hours between two doses, and avoid taking it for more than three days without first talking to your doctor. Overdosing can lead to serious liver and kidney damage and may even be fatal (more than 250 mg/kg). Please inform your doctor immediately if you believe you have given too much of this medicine to your child, even if they seem well because of the risk of delayed, serious liver damage.
