Introduction

Fenticad Vaginal Capsule is for external use only. It is used to treat vaginal fungal infections and should be used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. It is best to use it at night time for better results. Do not use the medicine for longer than your doctor has told you to and let him or her know if your condition does not improve after 2 to 4 weeks of treatment. The affected area should be clean before using the medicine. You must wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying this medicine. Do not stop using it until you have finished the complete course even when you feel better. Some of the common side effects include vaginal burning sensation, itching, and irritation. If the side effects bother you or do not go away, let your doctor know. It makes condoms and diaphragm less effective, ask your doctor about a suitable birth control method.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Wash and dry your vaginal area. Lie on your back and gently insert the capsule into the vagina as high as possible with or without the use of an applicator as mentioned in the label.

Fenticad Vaginal Capsule helps treat vaginal fungal infections. It reduces vaginal burning, itching, and discharge. It is inserted into the vagina using an applicator usually at night before going to bed. Avoid contact with your eyes. If accidental exposure occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water. It can damage condoms and diaphragms and make them ineffective at preventing pregnancy. Ask your doctor about other suitable methods of preventing pregnancy. It may cause minor burning, stinging, or irritation when applied. Inform your doctor if this does not go away. Inform your doctor if your symptoms do not get improved within 3 days of taking the medicine.
