Fayof MS Oral Suspension is a combination of three active ingredients. The antibiotic ingredients, ofloxacin and metronidazole, interfere with the genetic material of bacteria by impairing its DNA, killing the infection-causing bacteria and preventing its growth and stopping the infection. Simethicone, a gas-absorbing agent, binds with gas bubbles produced as a result of the other two ingredients or as a result of some other problem, aiding in the removal of gases and providing relief in stomach pain and bloating.
